We ship our products with DHL, and all orders are automatically shipped environmentally friendly without any extra costs.
The shipping time and cost will depend on your location. Please be aware that additional shipping costs can occur as well as a longer shipping time.
DHL allows you to send your order to your home or any DHL branch. You can track your order by using your personal tracking number that you receive in your order confirmation e-mail.

Refund
Our refund policy allows you to send your tote bag back to us for up to 30 days after your purchase. Products that were damaged in the shipping process will be replaced by us as well, as long as the damage was reported in the same 30 days time frame.
